I offer lessons to teens and adults in my home studio in Durham, NC. 

​

Small classes. Willing to travel to other locations for those who are house-bound. Instruct in drawing, plein air painting, still life, and portrait) both from life and from photos for reference. Classes generally begin with some fundamental skill-building, then lead to guided studio time as students gain the skills to work on projects that are unique to them. My experience is mainly in drawing, dry pastel, and oil, but I also have some experience working with gouache and watercolor.
